Because Liora Pathways offers personalised, professional writing and coaching services, refunds are not applicable once work has begun.

Under Australian Consumer Law, customised services (such as résumés, cover letters, strategy sessions, and coaching) are not eligible for return or refund once the service has been partially or fully delivered.

Refunds may only be considered if:

• No work has commenced, and

• You request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

Situations not eligible for refunds:

• Change of mind

• Purchasing the incorrect résumé level or package

• Not providing required information/documentation

• Delays caused by the client

• Deciding not to proceed after work has started

• Not securing a job (as no career service can guarantee employment)

If the incorrect service level is purchased, Liora Pathways will guide you to the correct option and provide the option to upgrade where needed.
