Terms and Conditions – Liora Pathways

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services offered by Liora Pathways (“we”, “our”, “us”). By engaging our services, purchasing from us, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Liora Pathways provides professional career services including (but not limited to):

Resume and cover letter writing and reviews

Career coaching and consultations

Interview preparation and career pathway guidance
The scope, inclusions, and exclusions of each service will be confirmed at the time of booking. Services are delivered with due care, skill, and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
2. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver services effectively, clients must:

Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information (including resumes, career history, and supporting documents).

Attend scheduled coaching sessions at the agreed time.

Communicate requests for changes or corrections within the specified timeframe.

Acknowledge that outcomes are dependent on the quality and accuracy of information provided.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect the quality of outcomes and may limit remedies available.
3. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are processed securely via approved third-party gateways (e.g., Wix, Stripe, PayPal).

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Services will not commence until payment has cleared.
4. Refunds, Cancellations, and Consumer Guarantees
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the Fair Trading Act 1999 (Vic).
Refunds

Change of mind: Refunds are not available if you change your mind, no longer require the service, or fail to provide necessary information.

Service dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with our service, you must notify us in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will first offer reasonable revisions. If the service still fails to meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL.

Major failures: If a service has a “major failure” (as defined in the ACL), you are entitled to choose a full refund or re-supply of the service.
Cancellations

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice are non-refundable.
Timelines

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
5. Service Limitations

Liora Pathways provides career support but cannot guarantee job offers, interviews, or employment outcomes.

Advice provided is professional career guidance and not legal, financial, or immigration advice.

Clients remain responsible for the final use of documents and for decisions regarding their careers.
6. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, and resources created by Liora Pathways remain our intellectual property.

Clients are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use completed resumes, cover letters, or materials solely for personal career purposes.

Redistribution, resale, or unauthorised publication of our materials is prohibited.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy

Client information and documents are treated as strictly confidential.

Information will not be shared without consent except as required by law.
