1. Respect et professionnalisme

  • Traitez tous les membres avec gentillesse, respect et professionnalisme.

  • La discrimination, le harcèlement, l’intimidation, les discours de haine ou les attaques personnelles ne seront pas tolérés.

  • Respecter les différents horizons, perspectives et expériences.

2. Environnement sûr et favorable

  • Gardez les discussions constructives et axées sur l’apprentissage, la croissance et la collaboration.

  • Ne publiez pas de contenu offensant, explicite ou inapproprié.

  • Protégez la vie privée des autres : ne partagez pas les informations personnelles des autres membres sans leur permission.

3. Intégrité et honnêteté

  • Partagez uniquement des informations qui sont exactes au meilleur de vos connaissances.

  • Ne déformez pas vos compétences, votre expérience ou vos intentions.

  • Ne promouvez pas et n’encouragez pas d’activités illégales, nuisibles ou trompeuses.

4. Confidentialité

  • Respecter la confidentialité des discussions et des documents partagés au sein de la communauté.

  • N'utilisez pas les informations de la communauté à des fins personnelles, commerciales ou concurrentielles en dehors de l'objectif de Liora Connect.

5. Pas de spam ni de promotion non autorisée

  • Liora Connect n'est pas une place de marché. Ne publiez pas de spam, de publicités ou de promotions non pertinentes.

  • Le partage pertinent de ressources, d’opportunités ou d’outils est le bienvenu s’il ajoute une réelle valeur et respecte les directives de la communauté.

6. Étiquette numérique

  • Utilisez un langage clair et respectueux dans vos publications, messages et discussions.

  • Évitez de publier de manière excessive ou de « submerger » la plateforme.

  • Signalez les comportements inappropriés au lieu de vous engager dans un conflit.

7. Modération et application

  • Liora Pathways se réserve le droit de surveiller, modérer et supprimer le contenu qui enfreint ce code de conduite.

  • Les membres qui enfreignent ce code peuvent recevoir des avertissements, une suspension temporaire ou une suppression permanente de Liora Connect, selon la gravité de la violation.

  • Les décisions prises par les modérateurs sont définitives afin de maintenir la sécurité et l'intégrité de la communauté.

8. Responsabilité

En participant à Liora Connect, vous acceptez :

  • Assumez la responsabilité de vos paroles, de vos actions et de vos interactions.

  • Informez les administrateurs si vous avez connaissance de violations de ce Code.

  • Contribuer à une culture de soutien, d’encouragement et de croissance.

9. Mises à jour

Ce Code de conduite est susceptible d'être mis à jour périodiquement. Les membres seront informés de toute modification importante. La participation continue vaut acceptation du Code mis à jour.

Terms and Conditions – Liora Pathways

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services offered by Liora Pathways (“we”, “our”, “us”). By engaging our services, purchasing from us, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

1. Services Provided

Liora Pathways provides professional career services including (but not limited to):

  • Resume and cover letter writing and reviews

  • Career coaching and consultations

  • Interview preparation and career pathway guidance

The scope, inclusions, and exclusions of each service will be confirmed at the time of booking. Services are delivered with due care, skill, and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
 

2. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver services effectively, clients must:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information (including resumes, career history, and supporting documents).

  • Attend scheduled coaching sessions at the agreed time.

  • Communicate requests for changes or corrections within the specified timeframe.

  • Acknowledge that outcomes are dependent on the quality and accuracy of information provided.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect the quality of outcomes and may limit remedies available.
 

3. Payment Terms

  • All services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments are processed securely via approved third-party gateways (e.g., Wix, Stripe, PayPal).

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • Services will not commence until payment has cleared.
     

4. Refunds, Cancellations, and Consumer Guarantees

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the Fair Trading Act 1999 (Vic).
 

Refunds

  • Change of mind: Refunds are not available if you change your mind, no longer require the service, or fail to provide necessary information.

  • Service dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with our service, you must notify us in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will first offer reasonable revisions. If the service still fails to meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL.

  • Major failures: If a service has a “major failure” (as defined in the ACL), you are entitled to choose a full refund or re-supply of the service.
     

Cancellations

  • Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice are non-refundable.
     

Timelines

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
     

5. Service Limitations

  • Liora Pathways provides career support but cannot guarantee job offers, interviews, or employment outcomes.

  • Advice provided is professional career guidance and not legal, financial, or immigration advice.

  • Clients remain responsible for the final use of documents and for decisions regarding their careers.
     

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, templates, and resources created by Liora Pathways remain our intellectual property.

  • Clients are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use completed resumes, cover letters, or materials solely for personal career purposes.

  • Redistribution, resale, or unauthorised publication of our materials is prohibited.
     

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • Client information and documents are treated as strictly confidential.

  • Information will not be shared without consent except as required by law.

  • Our handling of personal information complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic).

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of opportunity or employment).

  • We are liable only for services that fail to meet consumer guarantees under the ACL.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or Victorian Fair Trading law.
     

9. Website Use

By accessing our website, you agree not to:

  • Use it for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
